The Wandering Quill team are excited to announce that this year’s edition of the magazine will be supported by a rather special Literary Evening. This year the event will be held jointly with the American School of Paris and their own team of writers led by former SIS teacher (and creator of the first Wandering Quill), Maryama Antoine.
This year’s Wandering Quill theme is "The Worlds We Live In", giving pupils the chance to explore the various ways and places in which we exist; plenty of opportunity for metaphysical reflections of all sorts! As always the best poetry entry will receive a prize, whilst all those pupils whose work is published are encouraged to read/perform at the Literary Evening (this year at the ASP) on Friday May 11th at 18h30. This year’s special guest is Rebecca Slade, slam poet and editor in chief of INK (ASP’s equivalent to our Wandering Quill).
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible for what promises to be an entertaining evening, and encourage everyone to support the project by buying a copy of what will be the eighth edition of the magazine this year.
