Terminale students and staff returned to the traditional venue of Grandcamp Maisy in Normandy for their annual revision trip, in preparation before the summer examinations.

From 25th to 28th April 2006, staff took 65 students, and organised an intensive programme of revision in OIB History/Geography and English subjects.
A structured timetable was put in place and, as was expected by staff, students applied themselves very diligently in lessons during the day. Many even extended their learning into the evening by watching documentaries/films based around their History course.
The timetable was also structured to allow students time to relax at key points in the day, which helped them remain alert and receptive to learning in the intensive classroom sessions.
This is a trip highly valued by students and staff. The fresh coastal air and the dominant English speaking environment, help staff deliver an excellent learning experience to Terminales who will have many personal memories of the trip both in and out of the classroom.
