Daniela Bruneau
- Daniela is French and American and went through both US and French educational systems.
- She arrived in Paris in 1985 and worked as cultural program administrator for ten years with a focus on American performing arts in France. She then moved on to free-lance translating and international education which led her to become manager of the Kaplan Test Prep center in Paris.
- Teaching has been a main interest for twenty years and time permitting, she has taught ESL at primary and secondary levels in a number of schools : CM2 in the Paris Academy, secondary level in private schools. Today her teaching is divided between Sèvres and the American School of Paris where she is in charge of the Extension Program Upper school bilingual classes. She has two boys, both receiving bilingual education.
- Daniela has a Masters with a double major in English and Spanish Literature.
- Daniela est française et américaine et a été scolarisée aux Etats-Unis tout en suivant le programme français par correspondance.
- Elle est arrivée en France en 1985 où elle a travaillé comme coordinatrice de programmes culturels américains. Elle a aussi occupé les fonctions de traductrice indépendante, chargée de mission et administratrice du Kaplan Test Prep Center à Paris. Depuis toujours, elle aime enseigner , aussi a-t-elle été professeur d’anglais niveau primaire dans l’académie de Paris et dans le secondaire privé. Aujourd’hui, elle enseigne le CM2 à Sèvres et les classes bilingues secondaires du Extension Program à l’école américaine de Paris.
Elle a deux garçons qui suivent un enseignement bilingue.
Daniela a un DEA de littérature espagnole et une maîtrise d’anglais.
