Chicago students visit Sèvres

The "Chicago" exchange which first took place in 2005 allows fifteen SIS students in 1ère to spend a week in Mount Prospect, one of several cities twinned with Sèvres. Mount Prospect is located right next to Chicago.
During the final days of March, the Americans visited Sèvres. And they were busy. An official welcome was organized for them in the salle de mariages at the Marie. Another welcome event was organized at the lycée on March 23. They visited Paris, of course and attended The Great Gatsby by special invitation.
The SIS group made their return visit from April 13 to 22, 2010. Many thanks to Ruairi McCann and Lisa Higgins for organizing the exchange at the SIS and to Scott in Mount Prospect.
