Life Down Under
Can’t wait for my new friend to come to Paris!

My correspondant and I had a lot in common. Her family made me feel at home and we shared lots of great moments.
They took me to the Gold Coast for a few days, the Australian Zoo, the city and of course the valley! I shared her daily life on vacation which is similar to ours, and at school which is very different.
The main differences are the uniform and the all girls’ school. Their way of teaching is also different because they chose their subjects which are already selective for their future.
Together, we went to Movie World (park with rides) shopping and celebrated Manon’s (another French student) birthday!
We had the chance to participate in the sports carnival which consists of athletic races. On this particular day we have to be in the colour of our “House”, mine was blue!
I had a wonderful moment but am happy to be home. I can’t wait for them to come in Paris!
