Life Down Under
A 6 weeks long sleep over!

In the beginning, I was excited but nervous about spending six weeks in an Australian family on the other side of the world, with an exchange student I had never met before.
I started thinking about how awfully long these 6 weeks would be if we didn’t get along. However, I worried for nothing, my exchange student and host family were absolutely adorable and welcoming.
Fiona and I had so much fun together; it was like a 6 weeks long sleep over!
My days at school were enjoyable, even though I was on holidays, theoretically, and could have done without the uniform (which I eventually got used to!)
These 6 amazing weeks ended far too quickly; I probably could have stayed a whole 6 more!
Now I am really excited and looking forward to spending one and a half months with Fi in December.
Now my main worry is how to convince my mum to send me to Australia again. Even the 24 hours flight won’t stop me!
