 What programme is best for my child ?Primary Integrated or the Wednesday morning programme ?, >> |
- Integrated primary classes are currently offered from CP to CM2 in the German or English section. The children need to be confident speakers of both French and German or English. They must also be capable of handling a difficult curriculum, which is more demanding than that taught in a single language.
- As is the case for our Wednesday morning classes, the integrated classes are open to children who are already bilingual either due to a bilingual home situation or following an extended stay in an English or German-speaking country.
- The tests are organised jointly by the teachers from the state system and from the SIS.
- Children will be tested in:
- the language of the section (written and oral),
- French (written and oral),
- mathematics.

- The tests are adapted to the children’s age. The decisions of the admissions jury, which is presided over by the schools inspector, are final.
- Exam registration fee : 100 € per candidate [1]
- If you wish to apply for the integrated primary and the Wednesday school you need only fill in the registration forms for the integrated primary, but be sure to indicate on it that you would like your child to go into the Wednesday program if s/he is not accepted in the integrated.
